I provide high quality service at a low price. The reason I am able to do this is because I am an independent cleaning contractor. I don’t have any franchise fees, no payroll other than my own, no commercial building lease or any other overhead that would contribute to increasing my fees to you. I’m just a simple janitor who files his own taxes and if you’re reading this it means I can put your stop on my route. Or if it is a big building I can set aside some more time on week nights.
I have the experience of managing a large retail cleaning crew. Your building will not overwhelm me. I can handle it and I have my own floor machines.
Nor would your building be too small. I like small stops on my route. I’ve been a self-employed janitor for over 12 years and I can tell you that I can make a difference. I will be an asset to your business and I will protect your interests, property, confidentiality and your privacy. Also, if there is ever a problem, when you call you will get me on the phone, not some customer service representative in India. Gotta run, thanks for reading.
